Coffs Coast GP Superclinic is a multidisciplinary medical centre conveniently located on Stadium Drive in Coffs Harbour. Recently acquired by Vitality Health Hub, the clinic has been rebranded to Coffs Coast GP Superclinic to better reflect the diverse demographic of patients we serve.
Our state-of-the-art facility offers an extensive range of services and practitioners all under one roof. We have recently expanded to include specialist services, such as Geriatric and Endocrinology care, with plans to introduce additional specialists in the coming year.
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare that is accessible to everyone in the community. As a mixed-billing practice, we provide bulk-billing services for Pension and Concession Card holders, DVA patients, children under 16, and all First Nations people. Our services align with the GP Superclinic model as outlined by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
Our diverse team of experienced doctors, nurses, administration staff, and health professionals is committed to providing comprehensive care and ensuring continuity of care for our patients. We are also proud to have Falak, one of our exceptional team members, who was awarded Young Australian of the Year for the Mid North Coast in 2024. Falak speaks six languages and serves as an interpreter for many of our patients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality care. Currently studying to become a registered nurse, Falak exemplifies our clinic’s commitment to supporting the professional growth of our team.

Appointments
Consultation are by appointment. If you have a number of problems or a complex issue to discuss, please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment so that more time can be allocated for your appointment.
Alternately you can book online via Hotdoc. If you have a number of problems or a complex issue, please book a long appointment. If you are unsure of the duration required, please contact the practice so we can provide advice.
Prescriptions
A consultation with our doctors is required to obtain a prescription. This ensures that suitable medication is subscribed whilst allowing your doctor to assess the need and effectiveness of medications.
Referrals
Referrals cannot be backdated, please ensure you have an up-to-date referral prior to your specialist appointment, A new referral to your specialist is generally required every 12 months and can be obtained through an appointment with your GP.
Medical Certificates
An appointment with your doctor is required to obtain a medical certificate. A medical certificate is a legal document, as such cannot be back dated. Medical certificates will be provided where the doctors deems time off is required.
Privacy Policy
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of the practice to always maintain security of personal health information and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. Only information necessary to manager your healthcare and associated tasks will be collected. Our computers are protected with full security.
Interpreting Services
Providing quality medical care requires accurate and concise communication between patient and doctor. We encourage non- english speaking patients to check in with our reception team to see if one of our doctors may speak the required language. We also utilise TIS interrupting service which is government funded. Auslan is also available for patients who are deaf and use Australian Sign Language. Please let our reception staff know if you require these services when you book your appointment.
Billings and Payments
Coffs Coast GP Super Clinic is a mixed billing practice. This means we offer both private and bulk billing options to eligible patients.
We provide bulk billing services for pension and concession card holders, DVA care holders, children aged 16 years and under and Aboriginal and First Nation Peoples. . This approach allows us to deliver quality healthcare accessibility and inclusively for all members of our community.
All fees are to be paid at time of consultation by EFTPOS,or credit card ( Mastercard or Visa) Credit card surcharges apply. Failure to attend an appointment without 2 hours’ notice will result in a charge $50 for nonattendance. This will need to be paid prior to your next appointment.
Cancellations
Due to the increasing need for appointments, if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer the appointment to other patients. Failure to attend an appointment without notice (2 hours prior) will result in a nonattendance fee.
